Do you work on my make of car?
We work on a wide range of cars and light vans, with our strongest background in Audi, Volkswagen, SEAT, Škoda and Ford, backed by professional multi-brand diagnostic tools and OEM technical information for other makes.
Is a diagnostic check free?
No. Professional diagnostics is paid, skilled work: interpreting live data and testing components, not just reading or clearing a fault code. The cost is agreed with you before testing starts.
Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes, Autovolve is an appointment-based workshop. Call, WhatsApp or send a quote request with your registration and symptoms, and we'll confirm a slot.
Can you collect my car?
Paid collection and delivery may be available by arrangement for vehicles that are safe and legal to drive. Non-running or unsafe vehicles need separately priced recovery.
What if you find more work is needed once you're into the job?
We contact you, explain what we've found with the evidence behind it, and quote the extra work separately. Nothing extra happens without your authorisation.
