Underbody assessed; wheels, liners or undertrays removed as needed to reach the areas that matter.

Loose dirt, flaking material and unstable corrosion removed, with rust converter applied where the condition warrants it.

Product applied to underbody panels, arches, chassis, seams and accessible cavities, keeping braking surfaces clear.

Before your appointment
Please arrive clean and dry
We normally ask you to pressure-wash the underside and arches beforehand and let the vehicle dry thoroughly. This lets us inspect properly and gives the product the best chance to bond.

Is Fluid Film NAS or Lanoguard better for my vehicle?
It depends on the vehicle, existing protection, use, and finish preference. We explain both after inspection rather than forcing one system on every car.
Can you apply underseal directly over rust?
Sound, stable surface corrosion may be treated, but loose or flaking material is removed first. We don't hide serious corrosion. Structural damage needs repairing beforehand.
Do you remove wheels, arch liners and undertrays?
Yes, where needed for proper access. The quotation specifies what's included.
Is cavity protection included?
Suitable accessible cavities and seams are included within the agreed treatment scope.
How long will the protection last?
There's no fixed interval. Typically an annual inspection is recommended, with duration depending on road salt exposure, washing, mileage and abrasion.
Will undersealing repair structural rust or guarantee an MOT pass?
No. Protective treatment can't restore metal strength, repair perforation, or guarantee an MOT result. See our welding page for structural repair.
