Information we collect
When you fill in the quote request form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, vehicle registration, make and model, mileage, a description of the problem, and your preferred contact method and date. There is no account system, checkout, or newsletter sign-up.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, arrange a booking, and keep reasonable business records of the work carried out on your vehicle (for example, for warranty purposes). We don't use your details for marketing messages, and we don't sell or rent your information to any third party.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and job-related information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, honour the warranty period, and meet standard business and tax record-keeping obligations, then deleted or archived securely.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it's used. To do so, call or WhatsApp 07399 497 001. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
